Ok, thanks, I've found it! For some reason I expected this setting to show up as an exclude pattern in the TSVN settings dialog. I didn't take a look at the folder's properties.

So what I should have looked at, is shown in Figure 4.10. "Subversion property page" of the help file. And I only looked at Figure 4.22. "The Settings Dialog, Main Tab". The procedure for adding a file or suffix to the ignore list is described in section 4.19.1. It would be nice to have a link to section 4.9. along with a brief explanation that you can just delete the entry from the folder properties to remove it from the ignore list.
