OK, you are doing a "compare revision with WC".

I think these may be files you have *added* as part of your dev process?

This does look like a bug. I tried this on a folder where I had added 2
files, comparing a pre-add revision with the WC. Those files come up in
the patch list as "Filename.exe (deleted)". This in itself is misleading
because they are files which have been added to the WC since RevN, not
deleted. If you try to view them, TMerge shows the files as deleted in
RevN and in WC, so there is nothing to view.

When you exit TMerge, the WC still contains 2 files called
"Filename.ext (deleted)"
