Hi Simon,

Excellent, reverting the added file works great! problem solved (there will always be breakdown in comms inside organisations - im a realist!)

Maybe the visual behaviour of TSVN could be modified? To me it *looks* like its communicating with the server when I add a file. Whereas 'add to ignore list' is v different - looks lighter and more like a client action. Maybe they could be brought into line?

Apart from my Browsing problem I think 1.1 is amazing. Can't believe they released it with a bug like that.... (not u guys fault). All developers should be obsessive compulsives; test, test, and test again. A release with known undocumented bugs.... wow.

        Communication!!!

Yes, just revert it. I think the manual has been updated to include that
        now.

        Yes, until you commit.

See above, but it still won't get rid of the error. SVN is _very_
careful about not losing your local data, so it will not overwrite an
unversioned file with a versioned one - just in case you happen to have
a file with the same name as a completely different one someone else has
added. The only way you will get Update to work is to delete or rename
        your local file.
