Now that is a useful idea, but how hard is it? There is a (very) long thread
in the SVN user list called 'I miss tags'. I have stopped following it now
as it seems to be going nowhere. But the one thing I miss about 'labels' as
used in other version control systems is that you cannot see from the trunk
where a tag was made, so it is not so easy to compare the WC with
Release_1.2.3-widget unless you use repo browser to find the revision number
of the tag first.

Refer to thread 'TBlame colours' 23-Sept. TBlame is more difficult to change
than other parts of TortoiseSVN, so no. It may be possible to expand on the
number of file types the lexer recognises for syntax highlighting. I did
think of adding .pas for Delphi, but haven't done that yet.

What do you want it to do?
Allowing editing has already been discussed (refer to thread 'TortoiseMerge:
Editing conflicts', especially reply from SteveKing on 28-Sept), and the
answer is no, too easy to corrupt user's data.

Using it to syntax colour might just confuse the highlighting, or make some
lines disappear altogether when highlighted.
