[TSVN] Create repository dialog

When you 'Create repository here ...', the dialog is very sparse. It just
says BDB or FSFS. If I were a new user I would be worried by this because
maybe I don't know what the difference is and there is no cancel button and
no help button.

Suggestion:
Change the BDB/FSFS buttons to radio buttons.
Have OK/Cancel/Help buttons.
