[TSVN] folders im RepoBrowser with "äöü" chars

Hi,

we use a Subversion 1.0.6 and Tortoise SVN 1.0.6. (1.0.8).

The Problem is, that: if i have a folder with "öüä' char, i can chack in/out it. But if would like see my folder with the Repo Browser, i see only this folder, nothing in this folder or tree . 

I have installed Tortoise 1.0.6, 1.0.8, 1.1 RC2 the problem is the same.

The Link is UTF-8 Coded rigth? How can i set the Apache or Tortoise ? to display the folder tree ?
