[TSVN] [ANN] Subversion Explorer

I've created subversion repository browser which aims to offer browsing
experience very close to that of Windows Explorer. You can download the MSI
package from http://www.kafana.org/SvnExplorer/, and also see some
screenshots. Source code will be available very soon.

The application is in its very early stage of development, so don't expect
much out of it for now.
