The official translations (Catalan, Czech, Dutch, French, German, Norwegian,
Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovenian) *are* always up to date.

| First: Inno Setup is "old" and isn't as good as e.g. NSIS. If ever, I
| would use NSIS over InnoSetup.

Why is Inno Setup "old"? Because it has a long development history?
You can say that you personally prefer NSIS over Inno Setup, but I think it
is problematic to make a further going judgement.
