Go to http://apps.gotdotnet.com/xmltools/xmldiff/Default.aspx and compare
de/tsvn_appa.xml and en/tsvn_appa.xml. You will see structural differences.
That's what I'm talking about. I only have to figure out how to run&display
this xml diff locally.
