I can see what you would like this feature for. But you also have to see
that this wouldn't work very well for renamed/moved files. Sure, I could
start another log dialog showing the logs not from HEAD but from the
selected revision, but once you hit the "Get All" button it would have
to fetch the logs from HEAD - which won't work if the file got renamed.
And I don't like the idea of people complaining on the mailing list that
"it doesn't work" or "BUG IN LOG DIALOG!!!" as they definitely will.

Re-added in revision 1743. This got lost somehow when I cleaned up the
code by using an separate control for those status dialogs.
