Ben made originally a too long log message, which didn't qualify
under esthetically superior SVN log format conventions. =)

So I though it might be helpful if there is a marker in TortoiseSVN's
log message window, when you have passed magical 80 letters line.
OR
Even better, if you could set an external commit log editor for TSVN.

Don't know how hard this is to do, and if is it worth of trouble.
