[TSVN] Installed as admin, but the users can't use it

Hello,

I've installed tortoise svn 1.0.7 as administrator on WinXP. Now the admin account has the tortoise functionality. The useres on the machine dosn't see any explorer extension. I've thought I've read something about this, but I can't find it again.....

Does someone know how I can give all users access to tortoise svn?
