[TSVN] Messed up config file.

Hi all ;-)

There seems to be a problem with the handling of messed up (e.g. missing section header) config files: TSVN just flashes shortly without telling the user what the problem was.

In the changelog I found a bug similar to the one, which I experienced, that should be fixed by 1.0 but seems to have come back (I am using 1.0.8):
- BUG: If the config file was messed up with TSVN just
       crashed instead of showing the error and exit. (Stefan)
