Re: [TSVN] IPv6 WebDAV support

I believe Subversion itself does all of the "heavy lifting". Tortoise is a
GUI layer around the Subversion client libraries. To troubleshoot, I would
recommend installing the Subversion command line client on the same Windows
machine to see if it will work properly. I know you tested it from Linux,
but this could be an OS-dependent problem. I do not think the browser is a
good test because it does not exercise the WebDAV methods.
