That's fixed it. The resulting executable is 50% bigger than the normal
version (it is in ndebug mode), but it seems to work OK. May have the wrong
default switches on the cpp compiler.

Scintilla builds fine, but I don't need to change that, TBlame just picks up
the standard release dll anyway.

Is there an easy way to test TBlame from the command line? I guessed at
passing it the text blame file, but that guess was no good ;-)
