[TSVN] bugtraq / issue tracking

Hi,

I just read http://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn/trunk/doc/issuetrackers.txt
and have some difficulties with the reasoning for the design/use of bugtraq
properties (especially the decision to use folder properties).

Is there any more information than that given in the FAQ part of the above
document available? If there is I'd rather read these before starting a new
discussion here (searching the mailing list didn't reveal anything).

I'm thinking about a better connection between Trac (or another issue tracking
system) and SVN than what's available and found issuetrackers.txt but it's not
quite what I would like to see.
