On Monday, Steve and I agreed to announce a feature freeze for TSVN once the
subversion 1.1.0-RC3 is out. This has happened today. By doing this we hope
that there will be no more translation changes/additions until TortoiseSVN
1.1.0 is released as well. But here it is...
