Not so fast ...

tortoiseblame.cpp
c:\TortoiseSVN\src\TortoiseBlame\stdafx.h(12) : fatal error C1083: Cannot
open include file: 'windows.h': No such file or directory

Windows.h is a fundamental omission! I guess that means I do need the
Platform SDK too.
