[TSVN] Importing Help misleading

I think the import help described in 4.3. Importing Data Into A Repository
is not optimal.

The 3 points above 4.3.2. Import seem to be a contradiction to the 2 points
in 4.3.2

Also, I did not understand what "parent import folder" means, it cannot be
the parent folder of the import directory, because then you would import all
siblings, too.

So what worked for me was:

4.3.2. Import, do 1. + 2.

Then select the topmost project folder MYPROJECT and import it to
svn://localhost/java/trunk/MYPROJECT
