[TSVN] How to change the case o a file on non case-sensitive OS like Windows?

I use TSVN 1.1.0.1670 on WinXP (non case-sensitive OS).
How to change the case o a file on non case-sensitive OS like Windows?
eg: "FILE.CPP" to "file.cpp"
A simple TSVN -> Rename tell me that the file already exist. True. :)
