I just wanted to tell you that I had removed this line, but you were
quicker... When validating the document against the dtd (using xxe), the
validator complains that <index> is not allowed there. That's why I removed
it. It looks like the index is generated properly when the tag is there,
even if the validator complains. You can put it back if you like.
