[TSVN] Export seems broken

I'm using TSVN 1.1.0 (build 1526) so maybe this has already been fixed,
but a cursory examination of the revision log didn't show a commit
fixing this.

The problem is that the "Subversion export here" and "Subversion export
all here" commands only show up on the right-click-drag context menu
when dragging to a folder in a working copy; obviously, this isn't very
useful. FWIW, this works fine in 1.0.8.
