A few more suggestions for the UI.

* There are no column headings

* There are no line numbers

* Now this is a separate app rather than just a text file, it might be
better to put some of that information in a status bar so there is more
space for the file itself. Maybe show the revision, author and file content
in the main window, and put the line number, date/time and revision comment
in the status bar. That would work around the disappearing hint problem as
well.

* The down side to having info in a status bar is that there would be no way
to do a printout with line numbers, dates, etc. Of course you could always
use the plain text version for that purpose. To make that easier, maybe the
option for Text/TortoiseBlame selection should be in the Blame From/To
dialog instead of the TSVN settings.
