Ok, I confirm the problem. I tested it on both my computers using the
last nightly (1670) with no luck...
I cannot even say under what condition this will work, because I tried
everything I could think about. The only way to make the ignored file
show up in the add dialog (when you ask to add *only* that file, not
the parent directory) is to delete the filename form svn:ignore property
in the parent directory.
