If you read my mail again, that's what I suggested.

- what kind of repo access do you use? Apache or svnserve?
- what repository do you use? BDB or FSFS?
- Since TortoiseSVN only uses the Subversion library for
commits/updates/... you might have more luck with your question on the
Subversion mailing list. Just don't mention that you use TSVN, or they
just might ignore you. (users@subversion.tigris.org).
