That's actually in the FAQ why we won't add another overlay for those or
the unversioned files. If you read that, you'll understand the reasons.
But you can use the additional columns TSVN adds to the explorer column
view. Just show the "SVN Status" column and you will see a "ignored" at
the right side of ignored files.
