Well, just add a "view subversion properties" on right click, i.e. like
add, blame, riff, revert etc. functions. When you click it, just show
the things that you can currently see in the standard properties dialog
(just the subversion tag of course). I actually prefer this, than having
an additional tab on the properties dialog (tho it's pretty obvious that
the properties dialog is the right place)

Another question is can I add a svn:ignore property to an already
version file, so that the changes I make on it won't affect the
repository and it won't show in the commit dialog?
