[TSVN] How to remove file from version control but leave in on local?

Hi,
I want to remove one file from version control, so I removed it from
repository using RepoBrowser. But when I do 'Update', it tells me that
locally modified file won't be deleted. That's quite logical. So I
deleted the file also from local. Now I hope that the file won't be
updated/commited anymore.
But I'm quite confused about this. Is there any way, how to just
remove file from version control without having to delete it from
local as I did it?

Thank you.
