The bit I missed is that it only happens on an up-to-date folder (no local
mods).
Show log for folder
On top (current) revision either double click or compare with working copy
from the context menu.

It appears to be due to trying to show a diff when there are no differences.

/so why was I trying to diff 2 identical copies? ... need more sleep.
