No errors. Looked at the access log and noticed there was no user specified
and realised that I was never prompted for authentication (just rebuilt this
machine). I think I probably just had my URL a bit wrong. I accessed the
repository in IE then pasted the URL into the TSVN checkout. This time I had
to authenticate and all is well.
