[TSVN] Feature request

In the commit dialogue, I think it used to be the case that when you
ticked an un-versioned folder, it would recursively tick the contents
of the directory.

Could you please implement something like:

* shift-click to tick a directory will toggle that directory's
contents' ticks, and recursively descend into subdirectories.

* ctrl-click to tick a directory will toggle just that directory's
contents' ticks, and _not_ tick the contents of any subdirectories.

Probably would apply to Add dialogue too.
