[TSVN] FR: Sorting of status colum

Currently when you sort by the status column in explorer, it sorts by
the text alphabetically.

Would it be possible to intercept the sorting and sort the status in an
order such as

Modified
Normal
Not Versioned
Ignored

(add in ones I've missed such as external etc wherever)

This is so non-versioned and ignored appear at the bottom (just
reversing the sort order of the column in explorer isn't an ideal
solution at the moment because it then moves all the folders to the
bottom of the list and I'd rather see them at the top)
