Big, big warning here: don't use a language pack which isn't compiled
the same time as the TSVN version you're using. The released versions
have a check in it so that a wrong language pack isn't loaded, but the
nightly builds don't have that. If they had, I would have a hard time
testing those.
Only use language packs which match the version string exactly, or you
might experience serious crashs!

"dry-run" is used in the merge dialog. If activated, then the merge
isn't actually done. The progress dialog just shows what _would_ happen
in the merge, but the working copy isn't touched at all. It's used to
find out if there might be possible conflicts if you later do the real
merge.
