[TSVN] Problem while tagging

Hello,
I committed sucessfully my SW tree. After committing I wanted to creat a tag "Version_x.y.z", which I already did some times.
Several files have been copied, but then the message appears

Commit failed (details follow):
Out of date: '/tags/Version_x.y.z/subdir1/subdir2' in transaction '13'

First I deleted the file that created the problem and committed. Commit was done, but tagging still keeps to fail.

I tried to cleanup and also svnadmin recover, but the problem still exists.

I am not shure if it is TSVN or SVN itself.
Any hints?
