[TSVN] Ignore ancestry option.

Hello,

I was searching the mailing list and couldn't find any discussion on
it, so I want to suggest the addition of an option for the merge
command in tsvn equivalent to the --ignore-ancestry, for the merging
of 2 independent urls.

This case usually occurs to me when maging a vendor branch and the
release snapshots were imported separately, thus sharing no history.
