[TSVN] [OT] TextPad & Unicode (Was Re: Nightly builds?)

Just a quick note from a lurker. :-)

I use (& love) TextPad, too, but note that it isn't really Unicode
capable. Although it can save in UTF-8, etc, it uses MBCS internally.

If you have a document with characters in it that don't exist in the
codepage it is using when it loads the document then they get changed
into '?' and don't get changed back when you save (even if you save in
Unicode).
