TSVN uses a patched version of gettext. It is patched because the
original uses its own version of iconv, and since TSVN already uses the
apr-iconv (because Subversion uses that) I thought it would be no harm
if gettext also uses apr-iconv. That saves about 800kB!
It's located in the /ext/gettext folder. So no need to download
something else.
