I want to speak with luebbe on msn first, before starting this.

But i want to add a docu about the new localisation support of
subversion in the setting up server section.
But i couldn't find something about this on the subversion site or
mailing list. Do you have a hint where to search. I installed svn 1.1
rc2 but couldn't find somethin in "german"
