Actually, despite that error message, I did eventually get the e-mail
with the password change link in it. But now if I log in I don't have
the "Project Forum - View" permission needed for me to access the page
you requested in the tortoisesvn project. Quote-unquote :)
Apparently I need to "ask the project administrator for more permission,
or log in using a different account."
