Say you have a directory with A B and C in it.
Now you delete C, add D and rename B to E.
Now you have A D and E in it...
I want to be able to see when diffing the directory:
C deleted,
D added
B renamed to E (rather than B deleted, E added)...
I can figure this out from the full diff, but it's a major pain...
