Have you looked at Trac (http://projects.edgewall.com/trac)? We use
it as a bug/issue tracker and project wiki. Has great RSS feeds for
reports and a couple other pages.

The reason I bring it up is that Trac interacts with the subversion
repository such that my commit log messages point to specific
bug/issue tickets.
