This would be a good feature request. We use Bugzilla, so the URL for
any bug-id would be very easy to generate given an initial URL and just
replace a certain part of the URL with the ID.

It could be all done in the UI. Store the bug id with the comment, but
generate the URL and display it when the log comment is viewed for that
revision.

(I would post an example URL, but our Bugzilla installation seems to
have gone down this morning!!!)
