A bit Offtopic, but FYI, the official way to restart Explorer is:

Start - Shutdown dialog - then press Shift + Alt + Ctrl and click
"Cancel".

Then you'll have to press Ctrl+Esc to bring up Task Manager and run
explorer.exe...
