That's ok that way. TSVN doesn't set the apr-iconv path anymore. We now
use a patched version of apr-iconv which first looks in the path
obtained by GetModuleFileName() for the iconv files.

There was a bug in the patched apr-iconv which I fixed this morning. I
thought that this might be the reason for it. Well, maybe next time...

That's not a problem. They haven't changed since then.
