[TSVN] Add to ignore from commit dialog

From: Russell Hind <rhind_at_mac.com>

My folder structure is this

trunk
|
|--- 3DPlot (unversioned)
|--- RobotClient (versioned)
|--- Shared (versioned)

I right clicked on trunk and selected commit.

3DPlot isn't versioned and so it and all its files were displayed in the
commit list to add.

I then right-clicked on 3DPlot itself and selected 'Add to ignore' (in
the commit dialog).

It was removed from the list but all the files within the folder
remained. So I cancelled the commit and then tried again on trunk, and
none of the files from 3DPlot were listed.

Could the add to ignore list from commit dialog automatically remove all
the files that were in the folder that has just been ignored?

Thanks

Russell
