Those gremlins are mostly just warnings and progress information. The
warnings occur when generating the pdf docs, because some line just
don't fit on one line in a page and get truncated.
The other warnings and errors occur because you don't seem to have
VS.NET installed, which the doc generator uses to link the dialogs with
the html help files. But the htmlhelp should compile fine anyway, you
just won't be able to use the "F1" button in TSVN to fire up a specific
page/paragraph in the htmlhelp.
