[TSVN] Annoyance when dealing with network fs repos

I am using the latest TortoiseSVN 1.1.0 RC1 and when you type into the
check-out window a repository that resides on a networked fs (AFS
here) it still gives a disturbing warning about the possibilities of
corruption, even though the repository backend is fsfs. Obviously,
if you say `Yes' and go ahead, it works fine, but it is alarming to
new users of Subversion and TortoiseSVN (as I have discovered).
