[TSVN] Language Files + other Attachments

Hi,

wouldn't it be nicer to send the language files and other useful
attachments directly to the tortoisesvn-site-administrator?

I have to use a modem to read my mails and I am not interested in these
language files. Okay, I could setup my mailprogramm not to fetch mails
bigger than 25kB...

I don't want to offend, I just wanted to say that it is nicer not to
send such things to all mailing-list-subscribers.
