Hi,
I didn't follow the whole discussion of the status-template.
I like this feature a lot, since it allows easy copy+paste
and ensures I add comments for all modifications I made.
Maybe I'm misunderstandin something, but I'd dislike it
if the language of a user or the OS language of a PC I happen
to work on would reflect in the -log- files.
I require all our vs users (german+english) to write
log comments in english.
Is it possible to -select- the language of SVN or at least
to select the language of the status template?
I'd always prefer a "language independant" format (e.g. the svn
standard single-letters) at lot.
I have to append that this is not that much of importance to _me_,
since I compile SVN and I'm going to compile TSVN -without- language
support anyway (e.g. for the huge speed difference recently discussed on
the svn-dev-list and due to the svn sleep_for_timestamps issue)
just wanted to hear what other (mixed language) developer
teams might think.
:-)
c.a.t.
TSVN is really nice.
Without it, we wouldn't have considered using SVN at all.
