No, just when you want to get rid of those stored authentication data ;)

First: the auth data is stored in the _users_ directory. So if you share
your laptops, but all users use the same login then you're screwed
anyway! Does your Admin know that? If he knows it and doesn't hit your
heads against the next wall then I suggest you get yourself a better
Admin ;)
No seriously: Windows doesn't have the ability to support multiple users
for no reason. And every program I know of stores user related data in
either the %APPDATA% folder or the HKCU registry. So if your users all
log in with the same username/password, then _no_ program will work
save! E.g. you would have to change the login data for every email
program too - or you might end up with one user reading other users emails.

The next release of TSVN will have a button in the settings dialog to
clear the auth cache. But that's only because TSVN now stores the auth
data encrypted in the registry, and not everyone is used to delete
registry keys with regedt32.exe to get rid of stored auth data.
